☀ Một cách đơn giản để viết mở bài trong Task 2 cũng như Task 1, đó là paraphase lại chính đề bài. Lấy ví dụ một đề bài sau:
Some people think that human history has been a journey from ignorance to knowledge. Others argue that this underestimates the achievements of ancient cultures, and overvalues our achievements.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Loại đề ""discuss"" này rất dễ viết đề bài, vì bạn chỉ cần theo mẫu:
""Một vài người nói thế này... / Một vài người lại nói là...""
Vậy, cái mà để chúng ta sáng tạo ở đây là cách chúng ta diễn đạt ""nói"", và cái ý đằng sau nó.
>>> Ý 1: Some people think that human history has been a journey from ignorance to knowledge.
=> Hiểu là: bây giờ loài người biết tuốt, ngày xưa chả biết cái gì
=> Viết lại ""think"" = argue/ contend/ believe/ propose... (các bạn cứ chọn 1 trong các từ này.
=> Viết lại: Some people argue that humans nowadays are very smart and they are stupid before.
=> Viết lại 2 (đổi từ ""very smart"" và ""stupid""): Some people argue that humans nowadays are very intellectually advanced and they are ignorant before.
=> Viết lại 3 (kết nối 2 ý smart và stupid): Some people argue that humans nowadays are so intellectually advanced that it makes those of the past seem completely ignorant.
>>> Ý 2: Others argue that this underestimates the achievements of ancient cultures, and overvalues our achievements
=> Hiểu là: đừng đánh giá thấp thành tựu cụ và tôn vinh quá thành tựu mới
=> Ý 2 nên bắt đầu = những người khác (others/ other people/ many others/ a number of others... hãy chọn 1 cách) + 1 trong các từ ở trên (believe/ contend/...)
=> Viết lại 1: Others believe that we are thinking too highly of our achievements and too lowly of past achievements.
=> Viết lại 2 (nói lại ""think too highly"" và ""think too lowly""): Others believe that we are exaggerating our achievements and disregarding past achievements.
=> Viết lại 3(đổi thành bị động + gọt dũa thêm + thêm quan hệ giữa 2 vế): Others believe that our achievements today are being wildly exaggerated while our past ones heavily disregarded.
Lắp: Some people argue that humans nowadays are so intellectually advanced that it makes those of the past seem completely ignorant. Others believe that our achievements today are being wildly exaggerated while our past ones heavily disregarded.
